Gabriella Capocelli focuses her practice on real estate and business litigation. Prior to her current focus, she gained valuable trial and advocacy experience working in the Madison County Prosecutor’s Office in the Major Felony Unit and served as a public defender with the Marion County Public Defender Agency.

Bradley Davis focuses his practice on business and real estate litigation. Prior to joining The Gibson Legal Group, Bradley gained extensive litigation experience with the Indiana Attorney General’s Office where he focused on administrative review, injunctive actions, civil investigations and enforcement.

Raegan M. Gibson focuses her practice on real estate and business litigation, representing clients throughout Indiana. Ms. Gibson is admitted to practice before the trial and appellate courts of Indiana. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Katie Haire focuses her legal work in appellate practice and is an experienced attorney and civil litigator. Before working at the Gibson Legal Group, Katherine was a partner at a large firm, where she led the appellate practice division and further litigated a wide variety of civil cases at the agency and trial court levels.

Thomas Jones is an experienced litigator who represents clients across a wide spectrum of business and real estate disputes. His practice spans state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. Thomas advises and advocates for businesses and individuals at every stage of litigation.

Mike Lang is a transactional attorney and business and real estate advisor. He has spent over 17 years helping clients grow their projects that produce strong financial results and make sense to the end-user. Mike has spent over 5 years working on complex redevelopments with Simon Property Group.

Kevin is a trusted advisor with a passion for solving complex legal challenges in business transactions, corporate services, and real estate. Known for his practical, solution-oriented approach, Kevin is a “one-stop shop” for clients seeking clear, effective strategies across a range of legal issues.

Mackenzie Lyons focuses her practice in civil litigation, including real estate and commercial matters. Mackenzie also has experience in appellate practice. Before working at the Gibson Legal Group, Mackenzie was an attorney at a firm in Indianapolis, where she focused her practice in real estate and civil litigation matters.

Patricia Moran provides her paralegal experience in support of our law firm’s Civil Litigation team with a focus on real estate and related matters. Patricia’s Responsibilities include trial preparation, drafting legal documents, and assisting attorneys and clients throughout litigation.

Anna Vance provides her paralegal experience in support of our Civil Litigation, Real Estate, and Business & Corporate Law clients. In doing so, her responsibilities include drafting legal documents and assisting with trial, hearing, and deposition prep. Anna graduated from Ball State with a Bachelor of Science.
