Thomas Jones is an experienced litigator who represents clients across a wide spectrum of business and real estate disputes. His practice spans state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. Thomas advises and advocates for businesses and individuals at every stage of litigation, from pre-suit strategy through discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal.
Clients value Thomas for his ability to evaluate risk, craft effective litigation strategies, and deliver efficient, results-oriented outcomes. His experience includes managing complex discovery, overseeing large-scale document review, deposing fact and expert witnesses, arguing critical motions, and negotiating resolutions. He also has experience leading internal investigations for public entities and closely held businesses.
Before attending law school, Thomas served in the Michigan Army National Guard as an Infantryman and UAS Operator. Outside of the office, Thomas enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their three children.
